How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our straps come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Can I return my strap if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the strap is in its original, unworn condition with the packaging intact, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
